i installed Windows 11 update KB5060829, but i can't find the option for smaller taskbar icons in taskbar personalization

Release Preview channel now has this too since 10 days ago:

I was able to get the option on one RP machine with 26100.4484 using the vivetool code provided in the tutorial. Strangely the other RP 26100.4484 machine will not show it even with the vivetool code enabled. 🤷🏽‍♂️
