I'm curious if a repair install via Settings > System > Recovery would fix it. MS has made repair installing fairly painless and fast.

I just ended up turning it off. If try and fix it later in the in year with a reinstall or something.

Little update on this. I reinstalled and SAC is working but man is it kinda quirky. I downloaded the portable version HwInfo64 and it can run the exe, but If I try to pin it to the start menu SAC blocks the shortcut. How does that make sense microsoft?

This appears to me to be a new development, or bug, which I encountered recently. I say possibly a bug because I never had a problem with this in the past. Another unusual thing is that I have one PE which I can run from the Start menu. Apparently it has to do with the Mark of the Web.
