I am having trouble with my Snipping Tool. It seems that it takes pictures just fine. The problem is that when I save the image, it is smaller than what is viewed on the snipping tool. Is there any way to fix this issue with Snipping Tool?
Two scenarios!
1. You have zoomed in on the web page and then captured (it would capture the original size, not the zoomed size)
2. Your (photo) viewer app doesn't show the captured image in actual size.
Reset the webpage's zoom in your browser:
Right-click on the captured image and select "View actual size", or press the "1:1" button on the title bar icons (in the Photos app)
you can also control zoom size by pressing "Ctrl +" or "Ctrl -".
You can set the Photos app's default view to the original (image) size (1:1)

I think the problem here may be that Photos is showing it at original size (it says 100% in the title bar) but that its window isn't large enough to see the whole image. It might be better in this case to set the default to 'Zoom to fit Window'.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.
