Just to double check, none starting at Settings > System > Storage?

You will see that message if any one of the settings was disabled by a group policy.

If not, then I wouldn't worry about it since all the settings are still available to you.

Since you have Windows 11 Home installed, you will not be able to check in gpedit.msc for a configured policy.

Without knowing which Storage Sense settings may be affected, it'll be hard to narrow down a possible policy.

The message you see is not an error. It's just an indicator that there is a configured policy affecting one of your Storage Sense settings.

If this doesn't affect the settings you use, then I wouldn't worry about it.
