Solved Sort drives by label instead of letter?

When I am looking at My PC in Explorer, all of my drives are listed in order by drive letter, regardless of where the drives exist.

Is it possible to sort the drives by their label instead of the drive letter? Is it possible to sort local drives by drive letter and network drives by label?

This is Windows 11 Pro v 22H2 build 22621.1265 exp 1000.22638.1000.0

As usual, find your answer the minute after you ask a question, regardless of how long you looked for the answer previously...

In Explorer, click This PC. Then in the Sort drop down menu select More. Set it to Network Location. This seems to have worked for me. My view is set to Tiles, if it makes a difference.

Now I have all my local drives in the top half of my Explorer, sorted by drive letter, and the network drives below, sorted by their label.

I don't know if it will work but I'd go to Folder Options in File Explorer, the View tab and uncheck the entry about Show drive letters.

That does allow the drives to be sorted by label. Thanks!
