Hi folks
particularly if you are using wifi for networking you might get slow boot times with Fedora - this is usually due (Forget what Reddit (useless web site - almost as bad as the old Gartner one) to a service NetworkManager-wait-online.service. Since in general the Linux kernel has to load wifi modules at boot - and then the wifi has to connect this could take some time depending on hardware etc.
So just disable the service !!! (Note not NetworkManager itself !!!) - This problem occurs more when KDE is the main desktop.
sudo systemctl disable NetworkManager-wait-online.service
Cheers
