Hello @FyZz, welcome to ElevenForum. :-)

Standard Hardware Security requires...
TPM 2.0
Secure Boot
Data Execution Prevention
CPU Virtualization (in the BIOS).

Once you have met the requirements above...

Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
After reset of your PC, you probably have a driver installed that prevents Core Isolation/Memory Integrity from being enabled.

Check that all your drivers are up to date and that they all support Core Isolation.

Personally I would not bother with this feature though as it slows down your PC quite a lot. Only enable such feature if your data is so important to not be leaked anywhere that paranoia security mode is a must.

Hello I’m just trying to turn off memory integrity not on it’s quite important and I’ve tried yt tutorials and stuff like that but none were with ASUS it was with either MSI or anything like that the expert mode is what I need to turn on cpu virtualisation and stuff like that I’ve also tried other stuff including using group editor but I do not have device guard?

So it still means memory integrity is off tho
Yes because at least one of the four requirements to turn it on in the first place is currently non existing on your computer. Which one I can't tell until further information provided
