Well glad to see the back of that one, 80mph winds, Satellite tv dish moved so still no Sky for a while, but worse of all 24 hours with no Broadband:( back now :)

It seems to be more south than north this time then. We've had high winds but nothing like storm Arwen (which caused havoc and some people still don't have their power back on!) Most people had power after three days but it was like living in the 1950s!

I reckon loosing one roof tile was good thing as I noticed that the reason it went was because of a crack in the cement and the wood underneath had rotted, expensive repair job needed but better than loosing the whole roof :cry:

Yeah, every cloud seems to have a windy silver lining. On the bright side we seem to have gained a trampoline :unsure:

To be honest, never really noticed. The wind did pick up somewhat, and a small bit of damage to back fence caused by ivy being pushed away from fence but that was it.
