Hello everyone, I have a very strange issue with Windows 11's startup sound. Normally I use my Logitech speakers, connected via my motherboard's 3.5mm jack but sometimes I use my Playstation Pulse Elite headset which uses a Bluetooth Receiver that I connect to one of the front I/O USB ports on my NZXT H7 Flow case. Recently I've noticed that the startup sound starts off very loud and then quiets down to whatever my last volume settings were at, that is of course unless the volume is already high, then it doesn't do it, only when the volume is low. Like the first part of the startup sound is super loud and the rest is quiet. This only happens through the 3.5mm speakers and not my headset. I've tried another 3.5mm speaker and it still happens.
Here's the funny part. If my Playstation Link Adapter for my headset is connected (but not in use), it doesn't do this at all through the speakers, even if they're not turned on. In fact, if I connect any Bluetooth adapter to my front I/O port, it doesn't do this. For fun I tried connected a USB flash drive to these ports, but the audio issue still happened, so it seems it's only with Bluetooth adapters does it prevent the startup audio spiking. I've also plugged in a Bluetooth receiver in the motherboard's USB port in the back and it still has this sound issue. I booted in safe mode and this issue doesn't happen at all, which leads me to believe it's some sort of software/driver issue. I built this PC in May 2024 and never noticed this issue until a few weeks ago. I am on Windows 11 24H2. I know this isn't a critical issue or anything I'm just dying to figure out what's causing this or if anyone has any suggestions.
Other things I've tried:
Reinstalling Realtek Drivers
Installing newer Realtek drivers from MOBO manufacturer's site
Disabling any other audio device
Used DDU in Safe Mode for Realtek audio drivers
Various audio settings like audio enhancements on/off
Changed communications to "do nothing"
Turning off exclusive mode
