I use Winearo Tweaker to personalize my settings in Windows 11 Home on my laptop. I want a bigger & bolder font for the System font. Does anybody know of a good font to use. I've tried a few and just haven't found the right one. Also is it possible to add a font to the Winearo program? Thanks

Best not to, as this can make your system unstable.

Which views using system font do you want to change? In Windows Terminal and Command prompt, you can already change the font.

I used Helvetica for years but have recently changed to Google's Roboto as a system font and really like it. Roboto Medium is bolder and renders darker on your screen.
This tells you how to download and install the entire font package. Roboto and Roboto Medium are included in the package. Once you do, the fonts will show up in your font folder and can be viewed in control panel/fonts

Each to his own, but I think it is unwise to fiddle with the operating system by unofficial means. Sooner or later it will bite you in the bum. Especially now that MS is actively preventing some updates on 'non-standard' installations.

LOL. Well, that would put Brink out of business.
Sure,experimenting with changes in some areas can get one into trouble but tried and true fixes from reliable sources are another thing entirely....And it's just a font. This same method of doing it is all over MS forums so it must not be a rogue method. .I've been changing system fonts for over 20 years. Segoe UI is difficult for some of us with sight issues nor does it render well on small screens.

Verdana Pro is a good, clean 'standup' font.
I don't change the default System font, though, it does funky things to the Start/Taskbar environment!

The default Microsoft Segoe UI Variable font is crisp and readable but if it doesn't suit you, you can install a font through Personalisation/Font you can live with.
