Just that, I want to change the Text Color in Win11 File Explorer. I have folders of say a thousand PDFs and the white text is blinding. No I dont want to use a 3rd party theme say using UltraUxThemePatcher. Just figured there may be a modded system file I could change out or maybe someone here knows of a program to do it.
