'This PC' - missing items

Hello

For the longest time, 'This PC' would show a selection of folders at the top, then below a list of all the drives connected. After the latest update, those folders have disappeared and 'This PC' only shows the C drive.

I liked using this as a starting point for going somewhere, any idea how to get those folders back?
I also seem to have a long list of folders on the left now too and I'm not sure how they got there. How can I stop things being automatically added to Quick Access?
