TPM (AMD PSP 10.0 DEVICE) NOT BEING DETECTED BY WINDOWS 10

I Am A Windows 10 User With A Ryzen 3 3200g Cpu. My Motherboard (galax A320m) Doesn't Have A Tpm Chip. But I Have Seen My Friends With No Tpm On Their Motherboards Upgrading To Windows 11 Via Amd Psp Device. The Problem Is My Amd Psp Device Is Not Getting Recognized As Tpm Despite Of Uninstalling And Reinstalling The Device Many Times! I Even Upgraded My Motherboard Bios, Still No Use. The Psp Device Doesn't Seem To Be Working Like Tpm. Below I Am Posting Screenshots Of My System With Regard To My Query. Please See Those Images And Let Me Know An Ideal Solution For My Issue.

Check this path in your BIOS that it is enabled

Sir, as you can see, after clicking on "Advanced" these settings are being shown. The point is there is no "AMD ftpm switch" option. After clicking on "Trusted Computing" the second page with "No security device found" appears. Please help me sir

Even my bios are upto date.

Your Motherboard brand and model is a bit of an odd one. I see conflicting information about it. Some say they have successfully enabled fTPM while others say they can't find such setting in the BIOS. Also the users manual has no mentions about a fTPM switch.

I am sorry, I don't think I can help any further as I don't have such board at my disposal.

The GALAX Site warns that the 320M is not compatible with Windows 11, although 'they' don't explain why: GALAX A320M AMD Motherboard - Motherboard (scroll down to the 'Product Description')

Looking at the rest of the specs it's probably reasonable to assume that the main reason is the lack of any 'TPM' capability.

I never heard of this brand and there is no reliable information on whether it has virtual TPM support at all. External TPM modules are a mix and match.

At this point I'd recommend using RUFUS to create a patched Windows 11 installer USB disk that has TPM-bypass enabled, to hack around this problem.

I understand it is not the best idea to bypass a requirement but if the said option is not available in BIOS then I don't think there is an other way, other than replacing your board.

Sir, all the other brands' a320m motherboard despite of not having a tpm header (mostly) show an option of amd ftpm switch... In my case, I think that AMD PSP 10.0 device is not getting recognized as ftpm or tpm 2.0; if you see my bios page which says "No Security Device Found", this text, in my opinion, is shown because maybe Windows is not recognizing AMD PSP 10.0 device as a tpm. Sir, I even tried contacting galax a320m motherboard manufacturers, the only way of contacting them is writing them an email, which I did. This is what they replied:

When I visit that site, it shows nothing useful. When I wrote another email on the mentioned email, I haven't got any reply. I sent this address 5 emails and there's no reply from their end. Here's a screenshot for your reference:

Sir, on reddit, I found a thread in which a user was using amd athlon processor paired with galax a320m motherboard and he had that option to enable ftpm in his bios, but later on he also said that when he upgraded his cpu to ryzen 5 3500 that option was no longer available to him. What could this be? When I asked him about it, he said that he couldn't upgrade to windows 11 and he's still using windows 10.

As others have indicated, there's no reference to an fTPM switch in the manual for your motherboard. You can't enable something that's not there. The person on Reddit claims to have been running an Athlon with TPM, which is strange given the motherboard information. Perhaps that person was mistaken.

Have you thought of upgrading your motherboard to something that has a verified TPM switch?

Sir, I will upgrade my motherboard. I have searched the internet, there are TPM Headers on most of the Ryzen supported mobos. Sir, I have a weird question, what should I do with my current mobo after buying a new one?

I hang onto computer hardware like that. If I end up getting enough spare parts because of upgrades, I build a test system. You can always donate it somewhere, though.

There's a user manual that came in the box with the motherboard. About bios settings, a user of this forum provided the bios settings pdf link.

This is the first time I've ever heard of Galax motherboards.
I'm not sure it's even available in the US.
