Clean install of 22H2 RP in June. Smart App control was working in Evaluation mode. Since then there have been problems with the security updates (posted by me and others) which stopped SAC from working properly.
Anyway I got the Security app fixed today but SAC now shows 'Off'. I did a repair install in July but even then SAC was in Eval mode.
Is there a way to make Windows 'think' it's actually a clean install again? Registry hack?
