Trouble using the Helvetica Neue font with Windows 11

Hi,
I'm having trouble using the Helvetica Neue font with Windows 11. Is anyone else experiencing this?
The font appears to be installed correctly, but cannot be selected in Word or Adobe Indesign. Who can help me?

On my PC Helvetica Neue works fine in each and every program which offers font selection option.
I would uninstall it using Control panel / Fonts and re-install it again.
As for InDesign Adobe will give you full support (I'm talking from experience).
All you need is to have a legal copy of the aforementioned program, which I'm sure you have.
