Solved Troubleshooting Power Plan Display on Desktop

I have an app or registration Entries that allow me to show my Power Plan on my desktop. I run it, but it doesn't show it on my desktop. So what do I need to do to make it show it?

@Sir_George On my desktop I use to an icon with the powerplant picture. I use to be able to click that on that which would bring up the 3/4 power plans and I could change it that way.

When I receive it, I just click on it and it gave me a shortcut on my desktop.
