I recently got a Geekom XT13 Pro mini computer and I have an older Samsung ML-1210 Laser Printer that I have been using on my old Dell PC running Window 10 with no issues. I installed the printer using a samsung universal driver for that printer that I had downloaded to the computer at that time since the original driver was out of date.
I do still have that driver download and I copied it to a flash drive to move it to this pc so I could continue using the printer since there are no issues with the printer. But I can't seem to get the computer to recognize the printer for printing. I plugged the printer in and installed the driver. The printer was then listed in the printers and scanners section but it says driver is unavailable and when I click on find driver it takes me to Download and install the latest printer drivers - Microsoft Support. I followed the steps to download and install the the drivers from the manufacturers website, clicking on the driver and completed the setup. I then get the screen to print a test page, the printer starts running, but it will not print the test page. I tried removing the printer and starting over again with the same results. I have done this a couple now and the results are always the same.
I then trying all of that selecting run as administrator but that did not work either.
I also went to the printers and scanners and selected the printer and the print test page but then I get a screen saying that there is no recently used printer and I can't search by address since I have no idea how to find it. The printer is not a wireless printer and is plugged into the usb port.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just now noticed that the printer is listed twice in printers and scanners. Once as Samsung ML-1210 (driver is unavailable) and Samsung Universal Print Driver
