Yes there is. Right click on taskbar. Select taskbar settings. Toward the bottom click on taskbar behaviors. From there you can hide or unhide the taskbar by toggleing it on or off. Also that is where you can hide or unhide certain icons that the OS automatically pins to taskbar (ie teams, widgets,chat) You can also change what icons always appear in the bottom right system tray.There HAS to be a way to check a box.... right?

I was missing the explorer bit.
