Per Brinks tutorial on clean installing 11 that command should be OOBE\BYPASSNRO

FYI, when making your installation media using Rufus, you can customize Rufus options so that any/all requirements are bypassed during install as well as automatically set options for creating a local account on any computer.

How to create install media using Rufus. Use Rufus to Create a Windows 11 Install disk that bypasses TPM, Secure Boot requirements (How-to).

When you open the command prompt you are in C:\Windows\System32. As @glasskuter says, there should be a '\' in the middle of that command. OOBE is a folder in System32, and BypassNRO is a .cmd script in that folder. More details here:

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

You're not necessarily doing anything wrong. A BSOD can be very difficult to diagnose, and each case is unique. Fortunately we have some member who are specialists.

Start a new thread in the BSOD Crash Analysis forum and one should be along to help. Read and follow the BSOD posting instructions first.
