Greetings:

My overall zoom level for all pages is set to the default 100%. Yet, for individual pages they display at 120% and I'm unable to reset them back to 100%. When I attempt to do this and close, then reopen the page, it still comes in at 120%, not the desired 100%. Help? Thanks!

Press Ctrl + 0 (zero) to reset the zoom level to the default 100% in most browsers. Check the settings under Privacy, search, and services > Site permissions > All permissions > Zoom levels, and remove any custom entries.

Ctrl + 0 drops it to 100%. But when I leave the site and return, it's back at 120%. Resetting the zoom level doesn't hold when I leave the site. Thanks.

You have opened other instance(s) or Tabs of Edge, you have to return all of them to 100% zoom.
There are also various ways of "leaving" or "closing" a page, some of which will retain some settings like Zoom, Windows size/position.
