Unable to set up Biometric device

Windows 11 Home

I am having issue with setting up a Biometric device. When I attach this device the drivers are not installed automatically. So when I try to do it manually I get error code 0x80070643. I have attached the log file which shows the following :

Error 0x80070643: Failed to install MSI package.
Error 0x80070643: Failed to execute MSI package.
Error 0x80070643: Failed to configure per-machine MSI package.

The above seems to be a Windows error so I wanted to re-install the Windows 11 on my laptop so while creating the media creation tool on a flash drive, I got this error after running the MediaCreationTool_Win11_23H2 application. The error code is 0x8007007B-0xA001B.

I will appreciate the help.

Hello @Nehar , things to try:

1. Check Device Manager for device errors. Look for devices with yellow triangles next to them.
2. Redownload the Device Driver and start again on the manual installation.

I did it quite a few times but I am getting the same error
