For those interested, the Windows Update Show/Hide tool doesn't actually hide or show updates, it removes or adds everything from the registry which is required for that update to be deemed applicable to that machine. So, really it should be called Windows Update Enabler / Disabler.

Is there anyway to remove it from the Update Screen.

Just to add as well, Microsoft do not recommend that the tool is used for "hiding" updates which do not install.

Hiding 'problem' driver updates is its primary purpose. I hide this one which is incompatible with Memory Integrity and would disable it.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update.

Driver updates which are known to cause problems is okay, I'm referring to when a user has update errors and instead of dealing with the issue, they hide the problematic update instead e.g. the latest cumulative update.
