That message is pretty specific. You need to make sure that ALL of the details are correct including the time zone. If you find that the time zone is incorrect, go back and set the correct time and date after changing it because a change in time zone will alter the time that you see presented.

Check the time zone first, correct it if needed.
Then check daylight saving time setting.
Finally, verify the actual date and time in THE SELECTED TIME ZONE.

Also you can do a Google search with the error number and add on date time. It came up with more possibilities to fix your issue.

Tried everything in the video with no luck. My time zone here in England is correct as well. Time and date are correct.

If your computer is not automatically downloading the latest updates, Microsoft allows users to download standalone update packages from the Microsoft Catalog website easily and anytime they’re available. While your computer automatic updates isn’t working, you can temporarily begin downloading and installing updates yourself until Windows Updates issues are resolved and working again. You will need a KB (Knowledge Base) number of the Windows update you wish to download and install. Almost all Windows updates come with a KB number. Use that KB number to download the specific updates for your computer, and the steps below will show you how to do that.

To manually download a particular update, get the package KB number and head over to the link below.

There, use the search box and type in the KB number, then click the search button. The page will return the specific package matching the KB number.

For example, here’s the latest KB number (KB5006674) for Windows Oct. 12 updates.

Once the file is downloaded, go to your Downloads folder and double-click it to initiate the install. When you run the installer, The Windows Update Standalone Installer will prepare the system for installation which might take some time.

Experiencing the same problem here. Clean install in a VMware environment using the latest dev ISO from MS.

Hi @FreeBooter

Just for information, Insider updates are not published in the update catalog.

I think that the update is faulty and was delivered with an invalid certificate.
Thanks that i did not know.

If you uninstalled Edge, erase Edge folder from here "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft"
I had an update issue before and that was fixed my problem.
