I guess no one noticed the OP has 10.1GB Hardware Reserved which should NEVER be that high.
This indicates either the GPU has been set in the BIOS to use more RAM, or under System Configuration (type "msconfig" in run), under Advanced Options the OP (or someone else) has set the RAM to 10gig or something. If so, uncheck that box, and hardware reserved should decrease significantly, probably to under 300meg.

Hardware Reserved Memory is used by the BIOS to allocate memory to hardware, usually the GPU. It was used to help older GPUs, where there wasn't so much VRAM installed, typically for integrated graphics, but unless you NEED that for specific games or app, the default BIOS setting (VGA buffer size) should be 256meg.

Check that both the Maximum Memory box under Boot Advanced Options is un-checked and/or that the VGA in the BIOS is set to a buffer size of 256meg.
