USB created with Rufus - "invalid signature"

Did this USB have some sort of corruption?

I was not able to proceed to do an upgrade from 2H23.

I was not able to proceed to do an upgrade
Try doing the upgrade directly by mounting the iso file in file explorer, then click setup.exe from within the mounted iso folder to perform the upgrade.. Do not upgrade from the usb stick.

I have to ask, where did you get your iso?

Enter the BIOS menu, temporarily disable Secure Boot mode. See if the USB drive boots.
