Not sure how wise it is to trust the two most invasive corporations on earth with all your personal data though.
My Gmail adress does not contain any personal data, like my name or adress. I have a GMail adress on a faked name. The only thing they can see is that my first name is Kees (which is the login name for my PC as well). But that first name is quite commonly used in the Netherlands, about 5000 men in NL nowadays have this first name (it has been more, but is not as popular anymore as it was in the years 1940-1960).
All other data in my Gmail registration are fake! And on my tablet, no personal data are registrated at all.
So I don't see how Google should get any information from that!
BTW. Many people are very careless with what they publice on Facebook, X, Linkedin etc. Often almost all private data are to be found, including telephone numbers, adresses, Emailadresses etc. Only their bank PIN is missing...
I am not using any of those social media and if I would, it would be strictly anonymous!
PS. The only reason I did not want to have a MS Outlook adress is simply that I did not want one more adress that I would not use for anything else. My Internet provider's Emailadresses are the ones I use daily, no Gmail or Outlook as extra.
