Windows 11 Pro 23H2 64-bit (build 22631.3235)
Hello, I recently upgraded my hybrid laptop/tablet Fujitsu Stylistic 702 to Windows 11. Since this is connected to the TV to watch Netflix, we control it with a wireless mouse and use the on-screen keyboard to type. I saw a difficulty to move the on-screen keyboard around. If I first click on some application and focus is lost, I cannot simply click and drag the keyboard as I did in Windows 10. It takes 2-3 clicks or to right-click on the keyboard first to regain focus and move it. Is there any fix to this bug?

Thanks.

PS: I have Explorer Patcher installed to ungroup the taskbar icons. I hope this doesn't affect the on-screen keyboard.
