Video Cutter (Splitter) sofware needed

Hi,

I work with windows-11 and i am looking for a program to cut or split videos
I want to cut parts of a video and save the remaining part to a new MP4-video
I know there are a lot of that programs, but my interest is a freeware, portable version of it
Has anyone ideas about it?

VOUCH. I use Avidemux myself. it does what's needed and is free and is uncomplicated.
