Solved Visitor account doesn't allow using installed apps after moving account to Guest group

I created a guest acc to let someone log in and watch movies on a shared streaming platform acc. For that I have an app installed from the Store. It worked fine until I changed the group from Users to Guests (I wanted to limit even more operations that a guest can do on my laptop). And so, this app became unusable for a visitor. Is there a way to control permissions for separate apps on a guest account?

This is for WIndows 10 but should work basically the same in 11. Note: if you're using a new user account, you'll need to sign in to that account at least one time to be able to select it.
