Weird Services on my new Acer laptop

I had some issues with my search bar not working. After finding a tutorial i was able to fix it in services. However i found some weird named services and cannot find any info about any of them on Google. Here they are

Edit: I have Norton 360 have done all the scans, its found no viruses.

They are helper services for various (typically) non-essential features in Windows. It's normal for them to be on your system.
