What in the world does error code 0x80073D02 mean? I get it in the event log randomly for what looks like UWP app updates!

I get this for what appear to be background Windows Store updates, even when CBS, with sfc /scannow doesn't even find a thing wrong. Also, DISM comes up clean.

This has been happening for months, on different installs as well.

But it looks like it hasn't been happening for a week or longer, maybe a month?
