What is New in Microsoft Teams for March 2026

And now to the main event: new Team s capabilities! This month's updates have something for everyone. The new AI-powered Workflows app lets you automate everyday tasks using Copilot—no coding required. Teams now enables you to View and manage activity in other accounts and organizations, so you can collaborate with colleagues and respond to messages without switching accounts. And for privacy-conscious users, Teams now automatically removes EXIF metadata from shared images, protecting sensitive location and device details by default.
