Tonight I baked Spaghetti Squash for the first time. My first thought was to have it as a side dish. I finally decided to make spaghetti sauce with meatballs instead. I was surprised at how good it was. I do have to admit it wasn't as good as regular spaghetti and meatballs.

I took my wife out for dinner last night and she has leftover ham steak and baked potato. I don't feel like cooking or getting take out. Guess I'll go for a can of soup and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
