Solved Where is my disk space?

So, I purchased an external SSD and transferred 1TB of data from my PC onto the external SSD. Deleted the data from the PC, emptied the recycling bin, restarted the computer, however I've only regained 143GB of space. Where is the rest?
How can I regain the rest of the space on my PC?

From what I can tell it looks like there is 737GB still being used on the PC. What doesn't make sense is it's a 1TB drive and if I moved 1TB off and Still using 737GB how did I almost fix 2TB worth of data on there in the first place?

PC 2 is the one I transferred from...but it's fine I'm an idiot and found the problem.
