Wanna get your opinion about this, is Windows 11 built-in zipping feature good enough to handle zipped files (compression and extraction) than using 3rd-party apps like WinRAR?
All depends on your needs. The built in system is fine for zipping/unzipping zip format, but if you want to use other compressed formats e.g. tar, you need other 3rd party tools.
For simple zip files, I use windows in built tool as it is easy from context menus. For more complicated stuff, I use 7-ZIP.
WinRAR is noticeably faster for large archives (and especially for large ZIP archives), at least under a few circumstances─so it actually depends. Also, 7-Zip can't create or repair RAR/RAR5 archives, albeit ZIP is much more commonly used than RAR (and WinRAR is not free, but continues to work after the trial has expired, which is when it starts nagging you about that unless you pay).
Windows apps generally lack the customization, if you do not mind that, that answers your question.
I am using Nanazip, I am still looking for a way to get rig of the Compress to Zip File nonsense.
It honestly depends on what your needs are. I stopped paying for WinZip once Windows incorporated a zip feature. I also don't zip anything these days, so Windows works fine for my needs (unzipping).
That said, I do have 7-zip installed but it's more a "just in case" app :)
