Why cannot I sync C:\Users\Username via Google Drive or OneDrive?

However foolish this might sound, I kinda need this. So far the only way I have managed to do this is to create and deploy a system image in Windows.

But because of certain video games saving their savegames and other data to the AppData/Local subfolder, I somehow want to manage to do this without having to create newer and newer system images

I just tested for the Local folder [mine on this computer is less than 6GB] by creating a temporary folder on the drive and the copying process cannot access several files in it even with full permissions, only copied about half.

I do file only backups - Documents, specific AppData, and Save Games - and part of that backup is files from the C:\Users\USERNAME hierarchy.

For my backups I use Perfect Backup, compress as a Zip, and copy to my NAS (which is then Symlinked to my iCloud Drive folder for backup to the cloud).
