Why did get this NVIDIA update through windows?

Why did I get this update. It was the exact same display driver I already had installed I’ve never gotten an NVIDIA update from windows it’s turned off. My control panel settings are the same nothing has changed did it do anything has anyone gotten this today on the latest driver and win 11 22h2?

Okay so something did change I lost DLSS functionality with windows update driver and reinstall the NVIDIA driver package to get it back how do I make sure I don’t get this in the future I’ve never gotten one before
