Solved Wifi sharing server from android device does not work

Hi

In Android file manager apps there is an option to create a server to share device files and folder over http for exmaple when I create a server in the android app it give me details like this http://192.168.1.3:52143 . This used to work in any browser but recently when I try to access this address from any browser the browser could not connect it just keep loading forever. any advice ?

Windows server edition will often have elevated browser security on my default.

You can test with Powershell and see if you get content back, should get a Status Code 200
From Powershell prompt

Powershell:

Invoke-WebRequest -URI http://192.168.1.3:52143 -Method Get -UseBasicParsing

Are you able to ping 192.168.1.3? Doesn't seem like it's at least listening on that port

Could be a lot of things, but don't know our network layout, so providing more information on the network topography would help troubleshoot.

Partial solution I enable network file sharing and I had to access this address from file explorer it worked but not from the browser.
