Is there a registry tweak (preferable, I'd rather not install more apps that run constantly) to change this icon by default for all folders?

I changed the list view icon with no issues (
), but the one for the large icon view and preview remains glaringly yellow.
I know you can change the "content" of the folder by adding a Logo entry to [Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags\AllFolders\Shell], but I found no way to change the folder icon itself.
Any ideas please?
