Win 11 English International no longer available?

When a new version of Windows 11 Pro is released like 26H2 I download the .ISO file from the official Microsoft page but I notice that the .ISO file language selection omits the English International option, there is only the English United States version! This puts us in the UK and elsewhere at a disadvantage as we would not be able to do an in place upgrade keeping our settings and data.
Anyone can explain why Microsoft may have decided that English International version is no longer required?

Download the ISO and then in settings in language, download the UK English language pack and delete the US English language pack.

One can only assume that as far as Microsoft is concerned, English US is the default whether the rest of the English language speaking world likes it or otherwise. Who knows 🤷‍♂️

I think I used the US site to download Windows 11 26H2 ISO and both English (US) and English International (UK) versions were on the list. I didn't check the Greek site. Probably some website mistake which might be fixed later.

Probably Microsoft decided to unify the English language by forcing everyone to the US English... I'm joking of course. However to all of us that use English as a second language it looks weird we you in UK have to "translate" a software or game to British English when it is already in English. So much do you fear that your children will adopt the "wrong" spelling?

Eng (GB) edition wasn't a problem for me

I can't remember whether it was Eng (UK) Eng GB or British Eng but definitely was UK type eng with UK keyboard layout -- note if you choose International English there's a really annoying feature in that one or two symbols have to be typed TWICE before appearing on the screen if using a UK keyboard layout. !!!! Again I can't remember the exact details but it I think was for things like the comma.
