I would imagine that the driver is either corrupt or needs updating for 11?

driver updated using DRIVER EASY
chipset and Sata AHCI too

tried disabling and enabling Dynamic Disk Accelerator in bios
updating all drivers
reboots

CMS Auto to Enabled

nothing is working to get Win 11 running

Note: I am using CloverMode to boot from my Primary NVME Samsung EVO 970 250GB for Windows 10 and same for upgrade
PC doesnt support native to NVME so using NVME on PCIe adaptor via CloverMode on USB
everything is UEFI without TPM

I have an i7-4790K and the exact same problem with iaStorE.sys
After installing Rapid storage technology driver the installation crashes on 63% in the exact same way. Have you found a solution?

@trainwreck yeah but I found the some problem
1--Problem causes due to lots of driver easy & driver booster's driver package installed
2--dont use shutup10 app and if done then revert it and clean reboot
3--if ur using any driver update software and it has roll back to windows stock driver then try it
4--if needed then roll back optional updated drivers in windows update
5--try clean boot and clean start/shutdown and then try

6---I just restore my Old Image backup copy of Windows 10 21H1 having no any 3rd party nor optional updates installed
7----not even rapid storage tech driver installed from Intel

DONE I am able to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro and keep all apps here

@zbook so many thanks Zbook
it cant be possible without ur help
thanks alot

Windows 11 Pro is running so well here

I'm facing the same problem with an MSI Z87-G64 + i5-4670K when trying to install Intel SATA AHCI Controller driver.
I guess I'll use the generic Microsoft drivers for now

I attempted to install Windows 11 on an Asus H87 Plus/4770 cpu machine using a new SSD drive. I have already installed it successfully on 2 Dell T3500s, 2 Acer Aspire 5735 laptops and an HP G6 Pavillion laptop without any issues.
The install on the H87 failed at the account/password setup section and afterwards the machine would not boot. I reconnected the previous Windows 10 drive and the PC was frozen on the BIOS screen. I cleared and reset the BIOS and it would boot but no display via the HDMI port was visible. I could remote connect to the Windows 10 install from another PC and everything was as it should be. I then attempted to install Windows 10 on a new SSD drive with no success as the display output failed in the initial stages of the install. I spent a full day fault finding the issue and can report this sad news.
Windows 11 has damaged the HDMI port on my Motherboard/CPU!
I can output a display signal via a DVI cable from the DVI port and an HDMI cable via an HDMI adapter connected to the DVI port. I have tested repeatedly various OS`s from Windows 7/8/10 and MacOS`s Sierra/Mojave/Catalina and all work perfectly via the DVI output and DVI/HDMI adapter.
They all boot when the monitor is connected to the HDMI port but the display fails in the initial stages of the boot, i.e. about 4 or 5 seconds into the boot process. I have connected remotely to all systems and they are working perfectly and no errors are reported.
So let this be a warning if you are planning to install Windows 11 on a machine with an unsupported CPU which has an inbuilt iGPU. I cannot say for certain whether the Motherboard or CPU is damaged without installing a different CPU ( which I shall do when I have the time ) but I suspect that the HDMI lane out of the processor has been damaged as there are 3 separate lanes for the 3 supported display outputs ( see picture).
Thank you Microsoft for having me sign a Damage Waiver prior to installing Windows 11.

Windows 11 has damaged the HDMI port on my Motherboard/CPU!

Nonsense.

iaStorE.sys error while booting

Windows 11 installation process is not compatible with these older RSTe drivers, return the controller to the StorAHCI driver and try again, the driver may work once the installation is completed however.
