So... Win11 22621.819 hit one of my PCs and I noticed this redundancy in the new Explorer...Screenshot 2022-11-12 233437 copy.png
Anyone know how to get rid of one of them? A or B?
I tried unpinning them from say A but then they'll also be removed from B... WTF 😑

Thanks for the link and the time looking into it!

Upon testing it I noticed the removal of Home - Section A - will also disable the Quickaccess View with the Folders in there which I find similarly... "unfortunate". Is there a way to remove the B Section instead? 🤔

Sorry friend. That's my best shot. Sit Tight. There's always someone smarter that'll drop in.

If you tap on the Home icon, does it not collapse section A?

It collapses for the current session, but it doesn't remember that state I left it in when I close it so every time I open the Explorer it will again appear with this redundant double listing of folders pushing everything else down.

Like with the new Photos App it drives me NUTS how they keep pushing this kind of garbage App behaviour out to their customers - Mind boggling 😑

Unfortunately, having the same duplicity and frustration as you are having. Maybe relief is coming down the pike.
