Solved Windows 10 System Sounds Not Playing Audio

I am on windows 11 pro rel. 22621.1778
All audio in computer run fine and sound of windows system no.
I try a lot but not solve and also the file *.wav present in windows media exit and if i play it run fine.

Hi. Try making your sound scheme "Windows Default" to see if system sounds will then play.
Go to settings>system>sound>volume mixer.
Under apps>system sounds-put slider at 100% and make sure there is no X through the little sound icon to the left that would denote system sounds are muted. See screenshot

There are old reports of this over in the Windows 10 forum but not very many. One was fixed by creating a new user account. This one fixed his issue by altering the registry. I cannot certify this registry fix so use it at your own risk. ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR REGISTRY FIRST OR MAKE A SYSTEM RESTORE POINT. Windows 10 Not Playing System Sounds.
