My bet is the start of 2Q, 2022. That should give users time to get minor upgrades to use 11.The Dev build is the first step. And it is much more polished than any brand new jump Ive seen them put out before.
Do I think they're being overly-optimistic? Yes.
Do I think it needs more time? Yes.
Do I think it will be usable by 2022? Surprisingly, yes.
Same here.. it's impressive for a first buildI have to admit that I'm very impressed with Windows 11. For the first Dev release it's working very well. I'm can't wait for the next release to see what improvements MS makes. I know a lot of users want MS to unlock the taskbar.
I think it'll be released in October, if not, definitely in January or February. My bet is the start of 2Q, 2022. That should give users time to get minor upgrades to use 11.
I would like to see MS fix the need to click on more options in the new File Explorer. Right now I have the old File Explorer. I lost the new File Explorer when I did a Macrium restore. Unless I need to do a restart to get the new File Explorer didn't work.Same here.. it's impressive for a first build
That was the first target mentioned by others.. I don't know if MS came out with an official date or notI think it'll be released in October, if not, definitely in January or February.
I don't think they have. I'm on Reddit and a couple other sites, and nothing has been mentioned. Would it surprise me if it was later? Not really, but i'm hoping it's October. That was the first target mentioned by others.. I don't know if MS came out with an official date or not
