Windows 11 Insider 25188 to 25197 error 0xc1900101

I tried at least 10 times to install the Windows 11 Insider Preview 25197, and always get an error 0xc1900101.
Its installs, then reboot a couple of times, then shows that it is undoing the changes to my PC and I am back at the 25188.

SetupDiag.exe shows this:

Error: SetupDiag reports rollback failure found.

Does anybody know what I could do? Until 25188, every single update was always fine.
I also tried to install from the .iso, but is the same story.

Hello

Can you share the Logs.zip package that the SetupDiag tool creates when you run it?

The error code 0x8007000d means ERROR_INVALID_DATA - The data is invalid.

But without seeing the log I can't tell why this error occurs.

Share the Logs.zip Package over OneDrive or Google Drive please.
