How did you try to install, via Windows Update, or via a downloaded .ISO file?
Also, can you give some machine specs? For example, if it is a laptop, do you have an external display to try to connect to see if it is simply trying to use the external display port versus the internal display?
That bar in the middle is suspicious - kinda looks like it could be a progress bar, but also like a PIN entry textentry field.
How long has it been like this, and do you have an external monitor that you could attach to the laptop?

Its been 4 hours. I dont have an external display. The bar in the middle just shows the keyboard input nothing else and it can be moved around with a mouse.Oops - you deleted your first reply after I had replied - lol, I guess I was too quick on the gun.
I used both the pin and the password. But same result. I have restarted the laptop and used both the pin and the passwordDid you ever create a PIN for your previous Windows instal before upgrading? If so, try entering the PIN. If not, try entering your password.
No I'm not getting into windows setup and I can't troubleshoot either. Thx for your helpWell, mine did take a long time, but not 4 hours long. Does it ever give you the opportunity to go into Windows Setup / Troubleshooting when you've restarted? if not, try restarting a couple more times and see if the automatic repair option kicks in - perhaps then you can restore your previous Windows and then try again.
Let me find a few tutorials regarding Automatic repair to help you along.
You can share yours. I'll try it first if it still doesn't work I'll build my ownAlthough I'm making an AIO Win11 (every edition available, updates integrated, etc.) if you want to grab the builder yourself and make your own .ISO, we've not got a tutorial for it here as well.
