Why isn't there a media creation tool for the Windows 11 Insider Preview from the Windows Insider website? It only has a direct link to the ISO and the install.wim file inside the ISO is too big to fit on a FAT32 formatted USB stick. UEFI boot requires a FAT32 partition unless the motherboard includes UEFI NTFS driver in the BIOS.
