I attempted to install Cumulative Update for Windows 11 KB5012643 which fails with the return message, "We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x800701a1)". I have made many attempts to download and install the update. Each attempt, I get the same message.
Optional updates only show one driver update for my dual AOC Monitors.
Searching in this forum and the internet has been unsuccessful.
Has anyone else experienced this failure to install, and if so, how did you get it to work?
