Started having Win 11 problem. My mouse cursor would freeze or completely dispere. I thought ok my mouse is dead. (Logtech wired mouse) My daughter brought me a cheap wireless mouse. It worked for a while then started doing the same thing. So I decided to check for updates and the system download some but on repair download would stop at 10%. Then I got a message about not meeting Win 11 specs (TPM). Hmm nothing had changed with this system and it ment the TP 2.0 before. Then I had read something about update of bios. Fluff that off and tried some different things. Then I got a message about chatting with Microsoft and problems. Chatted with one Tech he transfer me to another Tech and after explaining all my problems he stated I would have to contact the manufacture of my machine. Being that would be hard since I built it. LOL
So after going thru ASUS web site I finally found the download I needed for my Bios. Installed and now meets TPM 2.0 and my mouse is working right.
SO make sure you keep your Bios up to date.
