Windows 11
While I was away from home my wife started up PC and it installed Windows 11. I was about to go to 11 after I cleaned up a few things, etc.
Anyway , I now cannot open Windows security, it's telling me I need an App to open WD link. I would be happy to go back to W10 if needed.
Thanks for any suggestions ...

I'd say, either go back to Windows 10 (you have a set amount of days after upgrading to downgrade) or do an in-place upgrade of 11 over itself to see if that fixes it.

You could also try these to see if any of them find/fix a problem:
Batch:
dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /Startcomponentcleanup
sfc /scannow

Sorry about that... click Start and in the search box type "Command Prompt" and right-click it, click "Run As Administrator" and enter those commands one at a time and let them run before running the next one.
